1. Acceptance

3. Accounts

• You may only create one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be terminated and any associated points forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• We may require account verification (identity check) before allowing point redemption.

4. Surveys & points

• Points are awarded for completing surveys honestly and accurately.
• Submitting false, random, or misleading answers may result in points being revoked and your account being suspended.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Referral programme

• Referral points are credited when the referred user verifies their account.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, or any form of referral abuse will lead to forfeiture of referral points and potential account termination.

6. Rewards & redemption

• Redemption requests are reviewed by an administrator. We verify survey submissions and account authenticity before approval.
• We reserve the right to decline a request if we find evidence of fraud, duplicate accounts, or dishonest survey submissions.
• Declined requests receive a full points refund.
• Approved rewards (e.g. gift card codes) are delivered via email and are final.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
• Submit fraudulent or automated survey responses.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Service.
• Attempt to manipulate points, referrals, or rewards in any unauthorised way.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all accumulated points are forfeited.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
